How HaulHub works

Post once. Vetted carriers bid, often within minutes.

A two-sided marketplace for heavy commercial vehicle transport. VIN-aware quoting, live FMCSA vetting, automated matching, and direct ACH payouts to carriers on delivery. A transparent 4% from each side instead of a broker's hidden 10–15% margin — settled by ACH the moment POD is uploaded.

For shippers

Four steps from VIN to delivered

1
Post a load

VIN + pickup zip + delivery zip. NHTSA decodes the truck, OSRM routes the lane.

2
Vetted carriers bid

Auto-bid rules fire instantly. Live FMCSA scrape ranks each bid by safety + authority.

3
Award (or auto-accept)

Pick a bid or set a rule: first qualifying bid wins. BOL generated automatically.

4
Track + review

Driver updates pickup, in-transit, delivery. Confirm receipt to release the escrowed payment, then review.

For carriers

Win loads while you drive

1
Sign up with your DOT

60-second vetting against live FMCSA SAFER + CSA. Approved if Active + Satisfactory.

2
Set auto-bid rules

Lanes you'll run, equipment, $/mi floor. Matching loads get your bid instantly.

3
Get awarded

If shipper has auto-accept on and your bid qualifies, you win in seconds.

4
Run + get paid

Mark pickup, in-transit, delivered. Your escrowed payout releases once the shipper confirms delivery.

What the platform actually does

All claims below are one click away from the federal source of record.

VIN-aware specs

NHTSA vPIC decode. Auto-flags weight class, GVWR, fuel type, body class. Detects probable hazmat from tanker chassis.

Real road distance

OSRM routing — actual highway miles, not great-circle estimates. Drives quote accuracy.

Live FMCSA vetting

SAFER snapshot (authority, MC#, safety rating), CSA SMS (7 BASIC scores), cargo classifications. Hazmat-authorized check enforced.

Auto-bid + auto-accept

Hands-off matching from both sides. Carriers are notified the moment you post.

Hazmat-only matching

Hazmat loads only accept bids from carriers with hazmat-class cargo on file with FMCSA.

Automated BOL

Bill of Lading generated as a real PDF the moment a load is awarded. Carrier + shipper sign on delivery.

A flat 4% from each side. No contracts.

A broker takes one hidden 10–15% margin. HaulHub charges a transparent 4% to each side — shippers pay 4% on top, carriers keep 96% — and everyone sees the number. Escrow-protected ACH payouts on delivery.
