Common questions
How do I get paid as a carrier? Connect your bank once on the Payouts page. When you upload proof of delivery on a delivered load, your winning bid is sent to your bank by ACH — no invoicing.
How is a carrier vetted?We check live FMCSA SAFER, CSA, and Licensing & Insurance data by DOT number at signup and surface it on every bid. Shippers should still confirm fit before awarding.
What if a load is damaged or a carrier no-shows? File a claim from the load detail. Both parties are notified and can submit evidence. Cargo loss/damage is ultimately a matter between the shipper, the carrier, and their insurers.
