1. What HaulHub is

HaulHub operates an online marketplace that connects shippers who need heavy commercial vehicles transported with motor carriers who provide that transport. HaulHub provides software, carrier vetting against public FMCSA data, document handling, and payment facilitation. HaulHub is not a motor carrier, broker of property in the traditional sense, freight forwarder, or insurer, and does not take possession of any vehicle or cargo.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining access to the email address used to sign in. Carriers must hold valid, active operating authority and the insurance required by law. Accounts may be suspended for inaccurate information, failed vetting, fraud, or violation of these terms.

3. Carrier vetting

HaulHub surfaces information from public federal sources (FMCSA SAFER, CSA, and Licensing & Insurance) and applies an automated rating. This information is provided as-is and may be incomplete or out of date. HaulHub does not guarantee any carrier's safety, authority, insurance, or performance. Shippers remain responsible for their own diligence before awarding a load.

4. Loads, bids, and awards

A posted load is an invitation for bids, not an offer. When a shipper awards a bid, a binding transportation arrangement is formed directly between that shipper and that carrier. HaulHub is not a party to it. The carrier is responsible for performing the transport lawfully, safely, and as described. The shipper is responsible for an accurate load description and lawful, ready-to-move cargo.

5. Fees and payments

HaulHub charges a platform fee on awarded loads, shown on the quote before award. Payments to carriers are processed by our payment provider (Stripe) via ACH bank transfer after proof of delivery is uploaded and accepted. You authorize HaulHub and Stripe to move funds as described. Carriers must complete payout onboarding before they can be paid. Fees already earned are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Documents and proof of delivery

You are responsible for the accuracy of documents you upload (certificates of insurance, photos, proof of delivery, bills of lading). Uploading falsified documents is grounds for immediate termination and may be unlawful. Payment release is conditioned on a genuine, accepted proof of delivery.

7. Prohibited conduct

• Impersonating another carrier, shipper, or person.
• Circumventing fees by moving an introduced load off-platform to avoid the platform fee.
• Uploading false, infringing, or unlawful content.
• Interfering with, scraping, or attempting to breach the platform's security.
• Transporting cargo you are not lawfully authorized to carry (including hazmat without authorization).

8. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. HaulHub does not warrant that carrier data is accurate or that any transport will be completed.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HaulHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for cargo loss or damage, which is a matter between the shipper, the carrier, and their insurers. HaulHub's total liability for any claim is limited to the platform fees it earned on the load giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify HaulHub against claims arising from your loads, your transport services, your documents, or your breach of these terms.

11. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
